1. Introduction
Welcome to Rhodes Solutions Company ("RSC"), a premier provider of concierge trash removal and large item pickup services. By accessing or using our services through our mobile application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Subscription Services
- Service Description: RSC offers subscription plans for weekly household trash removal. Additional services include large item pickups, priced separately on an item-by-item basis.
- Subscription Plans: Choose from 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month subscription options. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle. Future billing cycles will be canceled upon request.
3. Appointment Scheduling
- Booking Appointments: Use our website or mobile application to schedule, change, or cancel appointments for large item pickups or manage your subscription.
- Appointment Changes: Changes or cancellations to appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Payment and Billing
- Billing: Subscription payments are billed in advance for the chosen term (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
- Payment Method: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment details.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Large Item Pickups: Scheduled pickups are invoiced and processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking and must be paid in full before items are loaded for removal.
5. User Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and current information for subscription and appointment bookings.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding trash disposal and large item pickups.
- Trash Requirements: All household trash must be bagged and placed in a manner that is accessible for pickup. RSC limits the number of bags to a maximum of 2 per collection day. Additional bags or items may require an additional fee and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Privacy and Data Security
- Data Protection: We prioritize the security and confidentiality of your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Liability: RSC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
